课程 in the certificate offer students the opportunity not only to prepare for the Ohio Real Estate Salesperson's License exam but also to supplement an existing major with the tools necessary to be successful in the world of real estate.

• Real Estate Principles and Practice (REAL 1010)

• Real Estate Finance (REAL 2040)
  Introducing the essential elements of real estate finance, course includes the current real estate market, types and sources of real estate loans, how to obtain a real estate loan, the foreclosure process in Ohio, the role and function of the secondary market, government involvement in real estate finance, construction and development lending and commercial real estate loans.

The Real Estate Pre-Licensure Certificate requires the completion of all four REAL courses and the selection of an additional course.
